Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2, 2026. These terms apply to linkd, operated by Ideazr SARLAU, Morocco.
1. Service
linkd provides digital vCards, public profile pages, QR sharing, and Wallet-related digital card features. The service is operated by Ideazr SARLAU, a company located in Morocco.
2. Account and access
Customers access their profile using the email address used during purchase. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure.
3. One purchase, one card
The individual plan gives one customer one account and one vCard. Sharing, reselling, or using one individual purchase to issue multiple cards is not allowed.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use linkd for illegal, misleading, abusive, spam, impersonation, or harmful activity. We may suspend or remove profiles that violate these terms or create risk for the service.
5. Customer content
You are responsible for the information, links, names, images, and other content you add to your vCard. You confirm that you have the right to use the content you publish.
6. Payments
Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. Prices, taxes, receipts, and supported payment methods may be shown during checkout. Access is activated after successful payment confirmation.
7. Wallet features
Apple Wallet and Google Wallet features may depend on third-party platform rules, device compatibility, and account configuration. If Wallet delivery is temporarily unavailable, your public vCard and dashboard remain available.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages, domain issues, or third-party service failures may affect availability.
9. Changes
We may update the service and these terms from time to time. Continued use of linkd after updates means you accept the updated terms.
10. Contact
For support, legal, or billing questions, contact Ideazr SARLAU through the support address published on the live linkd website.
