Refund Policy
Last updated: July 2, 2026. This policy applies to the individual linkd digital vCard plan operated by Ideazr SARLAU, Morocco.
1. Digital product
linkd sells a digital vCard service. Once payment is confirmed and the profile is activated, the customer receives immediate access to a digital product.
2. Refund eligibility
Refunds may be considered when there is a duplicate charge, an accidental duplicate purchase, or a technical issue that prevents us from delivering the purchased digital vCard after reasonable support attempts.
3. Non-refundable cases
Refunds are generally not provided after the vCard has been activated and used, when the customer changes their mind, or when the issue is caused by incorrect information entered by the customer and can be corrected through the dashboard.
4. Wallet availability
If Apple Wallet or Google Wallet delivery is temporarily delayed, the public vCard remains available. We will work to resolve Wallet issues, but a temporary Wallet delay does not automatically make the purchase refundable.
5. Request window
Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Include the checkout email, order reference if available, and a short explanation of the issue.
6. Processing
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider. Bank, card, and payment-provider processing times may vary.
